Coffee Bamber uses it's exclusive blend of Fair Trade coffee beans to make it's espresso which is the basis for all of our coffee based products. We do not use filter or instant coffee in our coffee shops. Our beans are blended and roasted to our own specifications before they are packed and sent to us using a unique mix of Fairtrade Regular Roast Colombian, Fairtrade Dark Roast Uganda Robusta, Fairtrade Regular Roast Costa Rica and Fairtrade Dark Roast Colombian

The milk we use is sourced from Acorn Dairies, the award winning local farm and dairy that produces natural organic fresh milk from it's own cattle.

We only use manual coffee machines, which rely on the skill of the barista because automatic machines do not give the same quality. Our Baristas are fully trained in the use of the coffee machines and the making of the different coffee products, ensuring a consistent flavour in every product
