John and Carolyn Wheeler founded Coffee Bamber recognising there was a gap in the Coffee Shop market for a privately owned group of Coffee Shops that is committed to offering good service with a quality environment benefiting from a no smoking policy.
The aim of Coffee Bamber is to open further Coffee Bamber coffee shops as suitable premises become available.
Coffee Bamber is part of JC Hospitality Limited.
Customer Service is very important for Coffee Bamber, and the aim is to train employees in all aspects of the Coffee Shop, including customer service, so that customers receive the highest service.
Where practical Coffee Bamber will support local suppliers in purchasing it’s core products for it’s freshly prepared products. Coffee Bamber will not compromise on quality of service and products within their business.
