Coffee Bamber, Darlington is the first coffee shop opened by the emerging independent Coffee Bamber group. Coffee Bamber is committed through it’s comfortable spacious coffee shops to providing it’s customers with a pleasurable experience by offering the best in Fair Trade Gourmet coffee, freshly prepared quality food products and polite efficient customer service. The experience is further enhanced through offering a smoke free environment to our customers.
To develop our unique blend of Coffee we chose Pumphreys of Blaydon, Newcastle to develop this blend. Pumphreys have been blending and roasting coffee beans for well over 200 years, roasting the beans in the age old method, ensuring the very best in flavour.
Coffee Bamber aim is to support the Fair Trade programme that contributes towards helping ensure disadvantaged producers in the developing world are getting a better deal.
Following many tastings over a considerable time a blend was chosen for Coffee Bamber’s espresso. The blend is made using Fairtrade Regular Roast Colombian, Fairtrade Dark Roast Uganda Robusta, Fairtrade Regular Roast Costa Rica and Fairtrade Dark Roast Colombian
